Walton & Co has been established to deliver almost 25 years of commercial property experience and expertise to meet client specific needs.

The practice has been created by Michael Walton to harness the skills and experience obtained from working for 18 years within DTZ, one of the country’s largest practices, and from Inglis Howie one of Scotland’s core niche practices for the past 6 years.

Our aim will be to offer specialist investment and development funding advice in relation to commercial property on a focused and personal basis.

As well as utilising significant experience and knowledge in the purchase and sale of commercial property, we understand beyond anything else that client loyalty is paramount and therefore adopt the ethos that each deal is to be regarded as the next one and not the last one!
